Risk engineering for the human system: Embedding psychosocial safety into open-pit operations
4:00 PM - 4:15 PMBiography
Tina Kendall-Davis is a multi-award-winning mental health innovator who is reshaping the global wellbeing landscape. Recognised on the international stage for her pioneering work, Tina is redefining how individuals, workplaces, and entire industries approach mental health—shifting the focus from reactive crisis response to proactive, deeply embedded, human-centred systems of care.
With a unique fusion of clinical insight, educational leadership, lived experience, and behavioural science, Tina has engineered revolutionary frameworks that hard-wire wellbeing, psychosocial safety, and emotional resilience into the fabric of everyday life. Her approach goes beyond programs—it transforms culture. By activating intrinsic motivation and genuine personal buy-in, Tina equips people not just to cope, but to thrive.
As Founder of Anytime Counselling, Tina and her team are proving what’s possible when mental health support becomes accessible, preventative, and culturally aligned. Her work spans mining, corporate, rural, NDIS, education and high-risk environments, leading bold change where it’s needed most.
Driven, strategic, and relentlessly human, Tina isn’t here to tweak the system—she’s here to rebuild it. Her mission is clear: create a world where proactive wellbeing is the norm, not the exception, and every person has the support to live a mentally healthy life
