She is recognised for connecting deep Geoscience expertise with practical business transformation to modernise how organisations generate, manage, and apply subsurface knowledge. Her work includes leading Digital Transformation in mineral exploration, shaping innovation portfolios, developing roadmaps, introducing product delivery disciplines, and translating emerging technologies into scalable operational capability. Carlie brings a combination of strategic leadership and hands-on delivery experience, with a focus on aligning people, process, technology, and governance to drive disciplined, value-focused execution.

Samuel Oliver is a consultant engineer from MathWorks who specializes in helping organizations improve their operations and logistics through statistical analysis, along with predictive modelling and simulation.
