A list of attendees will be available via the Conference app to all delegates, exhibitors and sponsors. The list will include the name, organisation, state/country and email address of attendees who have consented to their information being included.

The Iron Ore Conference and Open Pit Operators Conference will run side-by-side in 2026 to create a landmark conference experience.

One registration will provide you access to both the Iron Ore Conference and Open Pit Operators Conference, as well as all recorded content from both events.

AusIMM Membership Declaration

I agree to observe and be bound by the terms of the Charter, By-Laws, Regulations, Code of Ethics, JORC and VALMIN codes and any other codes and guidelines established by the Board. I authorise the AusIMM to take any steps necessary to verify my eligibility and qualifications, and authorise the University or other Institute which awarded each qualification to provide verification to the AusIMM.

Networking Functions

All full registration categories include one (1) ticket to both the Welcome Reception and Networking Reception. Day registrations are eligible to attend a networking function scheduled for the evening of their registered day (if applicable).

Invitation Letters

AusIMM will offer invitation letters to persons who have registered and paid the complete registration fee. The letter will provide proof of registration and proof of payment. Official acceptance and invitation letters may be obtained by contacting Event Management by email conference@ausimm.com. 

Invitation letters can only be requested once payment of registration has been received. Please note that when applying for your Visa you should include a copy of your registration confirmation.
