Registrations
Please complete your complimentary registrations (as per your purchased booth package) no later than Monday 16 September 2024 via the exhibition portal.
Additional paid registrations can also be purchased via the exhibition portal.
Name badge
You must wear your name badge at all times throughout the conference. Entry into the sessions and exhibition area will not be granted unless you produce your conference badge.
Promotional materials (merchandise and collateral)
Please ensure that you have allowed for sufficient promotional materials and handouts to be available for the whole conference on your stand. AusIMM anticipates approximately 700 delegates to be in attendance.
Networking opportunities
Exhibitors hosting hospitality functions (whether on-site or off-site) are prohibited from holding those activities during official show hours or official show events as described below:

Catering
The following catering is included for all full exhibitors:
- All coffee breaks including morning and afternoon teas

Insurance
It is strongly advised that you seek to cover your equipment, exhibits and display materials with adequate insurance at your own expense. It is the responsibility of all exhibitors to ensure that they have adequate insurance.
Public liability insurance is mandatory whilst on-site at the venue. Please provide a copy of your “Certificate of Currency” to vmelhuish@ausimm.com.au and ensure you bring a copy of your insurance to the venue. The venue has the right to ask for a copy at random should the need arise. Coverage of at least $20,000,000 in public liability is recommended.
Liability waiver
The AusIMM accepts no liability to any persons or body for any loss, injury or damage caused, organised, promoted, or sponsored by the AusIMM.
Car parking and transport
Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre is in Perth’s city centre, adjacent to Elizabeth Quay on the Swan River. It’s a 20-minute transit ride from the domestic and international airport terminals.
Secure parking managed by the City of Perth is available and conveniently located beneath PCEC, accessible via three lifts providing direct building access.
