Mick's extensive career spans over 25 years of experience in hard rock underground mining in Australia, Egypt, India and Bulgaria. He has been with Barminco since 2007, before progressing into operational and leadership roles. Mick is an integral part of Barminco's executive leadership team and currently oversees the Australian operations that form Perenti's global Contract Mining business. He holds a WA Shift Supervisors Certificate, a First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate Competency and is a graduate of the WA School of Mines.
