After obtaining his Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Wollongong, Robert ventured to the automotive industry, focusing on developing systems to enhance turbocharger performance and advancing thermal control of battery systems in electric vehicles. Robert then transitioned to the mining sector, concentrating on the development of air motors, pumping systems and drilling technology for coal mining. In 2022, Robert joined Jennmar as Research and Development Engineer, developing various ground support technologies and associated installation equipment.

CJ Rademeyer is a geotechnical Engineer with 8 years’ experience working in metalliferous mines around Australia. During this time he has gained experience in underground stoping and block-caving operations, as well as surface Open Pit and Tailings projects. CJ holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining & Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Queensland.
