Hayden received a Bachelor of Science degree at the Adelaide University majoring in Geology and Environmental Geoscience. He then went on in 2011 to study Honours in Geology investigating the Bismuth mineralisation at the Kanmantoo Copper Mine. In early 2012, Hayden joined the team at Kanmantoo as a Graduate Geologist. He then progressed through to the Mine Geologist position in late 2012, presented at the 2017 Mining Geology Conference in Hobart, and has been in the Senior Mine Geologist position since March 2018.

Shauna Martin studied at the Camborne School of Mines, University of Exeter gaining a B.Eng(Hons) Industrial Geology followed by a M.Sc in Mining Geology. She has worked in both Exploration and Mining in Western Australian in Iron Ore before moving into managing Geological Databases in 2010. Shauna joined MMG in 2012 and after a 3 years working onsite at Golden Grove, moved to the Melbourne Head Office. Shauna is particularly interested in QAQC and focuses time on sharing her knowledge.

Chenoa Tremblay has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, 20 years of laboratory experience, and has a PhD in Physics from Curtin University. She is a former employee of MinAnalytical Laboratory Services where she was part of the initial technical team charged with creating and validating all methodology, including obtaining and maintaining NATA/ISO accreditation. Chenoa is currently the owner of Stellar Chemist Consulting working with quality management systems and new technology development and a Post Doctoral Fellow at CSIRO Astronomy & Space Science.
