Jonathon Eldridge is a consultant working in SRK’s tailings team with over 8 years' experience. Jonathon focuses his time on design/analyses, construction support, field and laboratory investigations. Jonathon specialises in tailings and mine waste related projects providing input from concept stage through to detailed design, construction, operations and closure.

Mauro was born in Corrientes, Argentina. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Universidad Nacional del Nordeste (UNNE) and subsequently obtained a Master of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he specialized in Geotechnical Engineering and Geomechanics working under the supervision of Prof. Andrew J. Whittle. He currently works as a principal geotechnical consultant at the SRK office in Buenos Aires. His expertise resides on the use of advanced soil constitutive models and numerical methods in geotechnical analyses and design, including tailing storage facilities, foundations, embankments in soft soils, dams, tunnels and excavations. The projects in which Mauro participated are located in Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, South Africa, Ghana, Mexico, Saudi Arabia and Ukraine. He is a lecturer postgraduate courses at the University of Buenos Aires and has authored +25 publications. He currently serves as the treasurer of the Argentinean Society of Geotechnical Engineering (SAIG).

Mahdi began his geotechnical engineering career in 2015 and has developed experience in design, field testing, laboratory testing, numerical simulation, and the assessment of results.

Oliver is a geotechnical engineer with over fourteen years’ consultancy experience in geotechnical engineering working across a wide range of Mining, infrastructure and Oil & Gas projects across the public and private sectors in Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea. Oliver has worked on projects throughout South East, Central and North Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia and Northern Territory. Oliver has experience with the design, construction and operations which allows him to contribute on a range of projects from Concept to Closure. Oliver has excellent technical, project management and communication skills and brings to the workplace a strong work ethic and an ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
