Biography

Robert Wulff is a Sydney-based principal of national IP firm Griffith Hack IP Attorneys & Lawyers, having joined the firm in 1989. Robert's patent practice is focused on Australia's resources & building products industries and energy technologies. He works with a range of organisations to develop offensive and defensive IP strategies, working closely with his firm’s litigators and IP management consultants. Robert is a registered patent attorney with degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney. He holds an equivalent Masters of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm

Biography

Stephen is a qualified Geologist, B.Sc.Hons from the University of Queensland, Australia, with over 27 years of exploration and mining experience. From 1992 to mid-2000, he worked at gold mines and exploration projects in Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia. Mid-2000 to 2015 he worked on several Indonesian coal projects and mines, mostly as a consultant. Since mid-2016, he has worked on the exploration and resource development of Altura’s Pilgangoora Lithium Mine located the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Stephen is the Exploration Manager of Altura Mining Ltd and a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).

I have been involved in the growth of the hard rock lithium industry in Western Australia with time spent at Mt Marion and Wodgina whilst working for Mineral Resources before joining Pilbara Minerals Pilgangoora Lithium-Tantalum in March 2017.

Biography

Steve is a geologist with over 25 years in the mineral exploration industry. He holds a BSc. Geology/Metallurgy from Curtin University, Perth and a Master of Philosophy (Sedimentology) from the University of Queensland, Brisbane and currently works as a consultant for Geological Solutions Pty Ltd in Queensland, Australia. Steve has extensive exploration experience in numerous commodities with specific expertise in iron-ore, metallurgical coal and lithium pegmatites.

Biography

Mr Darvall is a geologist who has explored for a range of commodities in Australia and overseas, and extensive management experience. From 2010 to 2014 he was Exploration Manager for Atlas Iron overseeing a rapid growth in Atlas’ resource base, before starting his own consultancy specialising in resource project evaluation and management. Mr Darvall has a MSc (Geology) from Monash University, an MBA from Curtin University and is a graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course. Mr Darvall is also a member of the AusIMM, AIG and SEG.

Biography

Marcela Casini is a hydrogeologist who has extensive experience in Lithium Brine projects in South America. She graduated in Hydrogeology from Cordoba University, Argentina and has worked in Chile and Argentina for Rio Tinto exploring the dried salt lakes or salars of the Puna Region of the Andes. She has worked for International Lithium Corporation on Llullaillaco Salar and Lithium Americas-SQM JV on Cauchari Salar working on pumping and drilling for lithium brines. She has been Exploration Manager for PepinNini Lithium since 2016 in charge of design and implementation of all exploration on PepinNini’s Lithium Brine project in Argentina.

Alex has worked for over 15 years across the mineral industry and academia. Alex has worked on exploration and mining projects in gold, uranium, and lithium across Australia, Canada, and Africa. He recently joined the CSIRO to advance R&D projects involving the hard rock lithium and cobalt mineralisation.
