Rajiv has more than 17 years’ experience in operations, mineral processing research, comminution, materials handling, metallurgical testing and numerical and process simulations. He has developed a wide range of novel technologies applicable to the mining industry. Rajiv has experience in both Australia and internationally and is highly competent in design, engineering simulations and development of novel technologies. Rajiv’s broader skills are in mentoring and influencing engineering and operational teams; planning and strategizing for growth and engaging various disciplines to achieve corporate strategies. His knowledge in electro-mechanical engineering, process engineering and coordination skills are valuable assets to diagnose and resolve complex problems in engineering and operations. Recently, he has consulted and improved the operational productivity at Newcrest’s Lihir Gold Mine, at Pan Aust mining operations and various operations in North and South America. Currently, he is the Director of Operations at Ausenco driving integrated technology solutions founded through data analytics to optimize client's mining assets.

Ben has almost 20 years’ experience developing and commercialising optimisation based information systems. He has worked with some of the largest companies in Australia and internationally across a wide range of industries such as rail, port, logistics, utilities, finance, sport and mining to name but a few. Ben has a passion for applied mathematics and operations research and the benefits it can bring to people, business and society.

Dr. Schafrik is an Associate Professor of Mining Engineering at the University of Kentucky. Since joining the faculty he has been developing dust mitigation filters, underground equipment automation and data systems for mining applications.

Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), Certified Risk-Based Inspection professional with 11 years of rich international experience in Operational Excellence, Asset Performance Management, reliability and maintenance on mining, metallurgical, oil and gas and petrochemical. Currently a Senior Reliability Consultant at GE Transportation, a Wabtec Company (leader in Asset Performance Management, APM), providing reliability, maintenance, asset management and APM consulting, advisory, solution implementation, and training for asset-intensive companies in the APAC, Africa and Middle East.

George McCullough is the Director of Strategy at Interlate. He has 20 years’ experience in the minerals industries, both in mining and METS sectors. He has significant operational experience in applying technology to improve productivity. He has international experience in mining operations, consulting, and executive management.
