Beyond Excel: power BI and your databases
10:45 AM - 10:55 AMBiography
Like all geologist’s call looks for patterns when doing data analytics, it is that skill that has allowed her to excel in setup and/or improving process orientated systems that provided for the transparent flow of data from on stakeholder to another. She does this both within the mining sector and for the community organisations she has worked with (AusIMM, 2018 Kalgoorlie Branch Vice Chair), and set up (KALWIM, founded in 2015).
She has successfully changed systems to improve reconciliation, data management, process flow and increase efficiencies. She utilises her multi-faceted educational background in geology, chemistry and business to take a wider of view of business processes and functions.
