Linus is a Metallurgist with +20 years operational and project management experience. Currently Linus is the Australian Business Manager Minerals Metallurgy responsible for all metallurgical and mineralogical testwork services provided by SGS Australia. Prior to his current role he was a process engineer/consultant with Bateman where he was involved with numerous mineral commodity projects throughout Australia, Africa, Asia, South America and Russia. Linus graduated from the WA School of Mines in Kalgoorlie with a Bachelor of Engineering Minerals Engineering and spent time working with Sons of Gwalia, Straits Resources and Aditya Birla before moving into consultancy.

François Lavoie holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in metallurgy from Université Laval. Since graduating, he has worked in the iron ore field for companies such as Soutex, Cliffs and BBA. He joined the Quebec Iron Ore team in May 2017 as a chief metallurgist and was heavily involved in the Bloom Lake concentrator restart. He currently holds the role of Technical Manager for Process and Quality and is, among other things, responsible for the process portion of the ongoing feasibility study to increase site production as well as for technical marketing activities.

Damian is a Consulting Engineer with extensive experience in the gold, copper, lead, zinc, uranium and iron ore industries with particular emphasis on gold. Experience has been gained in plant operations feasibility studies, detailed design, construction and commissioning, and all unit operations. He is an internationally recognised specialist in Mineral Processing having worked in north and South America, South East Asia, Africa and Europe. The last 28 years working as a Consultant Metallurgist for mining, banking and engineering companies has provided a broad range of experience. Damian is a Registered Expert Witness and has been engaged on many cases.
