Mark is a Metallurgist, graduating from the University of South Australia in 1993. He has worked at OZ Minerals since 2010, in operational roles at Prominent Hill and test work and design roles for Carrapateena and the West Musgrave Projects. Prior to this he has also spent time at the Cadia/Ridgeway and Olympic Dam operations.

Ben is a Lead Process Engineer with Ausenco. He has over 13 years’ experience in the mining industry, initially performing site-based operational, commissioning, metallurgical and project roles, gaining exposure to a range of unit processes, management of process plants, laboratories and capital projects. Ben subsequently moved to the engineering consulting industry where he has been involved in a number of projects across a range of commodities from scoping study stage through to commissioning and operation in Australia, Tanzania, Thailand, Kenya, Ghana, Sierra Leone and Brazil.

Zachary currently works at Independence Group's Nova operation as a plant metallurgist where he has been since construction of the plant in 2015. Prior to this Zachary spent a short time at KCGM after graduating Chemical Engineering at Curtin University. As a student Zachary excelled and was awarded several research prizes for his work.
