Graham has held key leadership roles developing and operating mineral assets globally and across a broad range of commodities and scale. His background spans the full project lifecycle from feasibility through design, construction, operations and project management. Graham degrees in engineering (University of Alberta), mineral economics and business (Curtin University). He is a long-standing member of AusIMM, Engineers Australia and the Project Management Institute.

Duncan commenced his metallurgy career in the 1980’s at the Warrego copper, gold, and bismuth operations in the Northern Territory, followed by time at WMC’s Kambalda nickel concentrator. He moved into further gold and nickel operations with Resolute Ltd in WA, QNI in Queensland, followed by the Renison Bell tin mine and Burnie paper mill in Tasmania. Duncan then spent 8 years with PanAust Ltd as Principal Metallurgist before joining Mineralis Consultants in 2017.

Graduating in 2012 with a degree in Metallurgy, Robert joined the Porgera Metallurgy team and has worked in the various sections of the Process Plant ever since. Robert is currently a Plant Metallurgist at the Flotation and Oxidation Circuit of the Porgera Process Plant.
