James is the Chief Technology Officer and a co-founder of Chrysos Corporation. He obtained a degree in physics and a D.Phil in particle physics from Oxford University before moving to Australia to take up a position with the CSIRO. He has more than 20 years’ experience developing X-ray and nuclear instruments to solve challenging measurement and imaging problems in the minerals and security industries. During this time he developed the PhotonAssay gold analysis technology that Chrysos is bringing to market.

Michelle Helm is a metallurgist with seventeen years experience encompassing R&D, testwork design, management and interpretation, technical studies in projects and operations, feasibility and scoping studies.

Aditya is a chemical engineer with 23 years of versatile industrial experience in the field of process engineering, process development, production and research activities. Aditya has MS degree in materials Engineering and Sciences from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, USA ; BS Chemical Engineering from India. Aditya specialises in high temperature chlorination work and fluidised bed technology. During his work in industry Aditya had exposure to technology evaluation, scale-up of technologies, project management and techno commercial activities. Aditya is a Chief Engineer in Pyrometallurgy Division and works on development of various beneficiation processes and carbon regeneration technology.

Process Consultant focused on implementation and commercialisation of Kell for recovery of PGM, gold, base and rare metals. Mike consulted independently for over 10 years, was Metallurgical Manager with SGS Lakefield Oretest and Head of Process and Environmental Chemistry at Mintek.
