Gabrielle Mudge is a Managing Director at Accenture Australia and the Client Account Lead for one of the world's largest mining and resources companies. Accenture is a global professional services company helping organisations across industries reinvent themselves through the power of technology and human ingenuity. With over 20 years at Accenture, progressing from graduate to Managing Director, Gabrielle has become known for building high-performing teams that deliver complex, large-scale technology programs, several of which have become global benchmarks for innovation and delivery excellence in the Resources sector. She is a AusIMM Fellow and served as an AusIMM International Women's Day 2026 Ambassador. Gabrielle is a proud working mother and a committed advocate for the systemic change needed to support women and working parents at every stage of their careers. She regards stewardship as the defining purpose of her career, lifting others as she was lifted, and creating space for the next generation to find their own path in the industry. In March 2026, she accepted the Rio Tinto Supplier Innovation Award on behalf of Accenture, selected from 230 nominations, for delivering an AI-powered water monitoring system across 12 remote Pilbara sites covering 500,000 square kilometers, bringing safe drinking water to the Pilbara communities. A recent graduate of Stanford University's Human-Centered AI program, Gabrielle believes that leaders have a responsibility not just to adopt AI, but to shape how it is used.
