Henry has 15 years mine geology experience in coal, gold and base metals. He then spent 7 years in technical chemical sales to mines and industrial clients. In the nearly 20 years with Scantech he helped establish the company as the leading supplier of its analyser technologies to the global minerals sector. Henry is now responsible for developing new markets such as recycling. He leads a team of talented science and engineering professionals in finding measurement solutions for the resources sector, for both raw and used materials. The team is passionate about helping companies to reduce waste, improve process performance and making operations more sustainable.

Brad is a motivated geologist with a background in structural geology, geophysics and isotope geochemistry. He has over 9 years’ experience in mine production geology, engineering geology and geotechnical engineering. Brad has a Bachelor of Science with extended major in geological sciences, and a Master of Mineral Resources in the field of exploration geology.
Passionate about mining and earth sciences, he is committed to furthering his skills and experience through continuous training and professional development. Brad is interested in the implementation of automation and programming to the fields of data science and geology, and am currently learning and developing applications using Java, Python, Kotlin and SQL.
Brad has been involved in the delivery of a wide range of geological and geotechnical projects, including site-based placements at open cut coal mines in Central Queensland.

Wesly Randa is the Principal Resource Geologist at Oceanagold Corporation, providing technical support for all Oceanagold sites. He holds a Post graduate diploma in Geostatistics from Mines Paris (CFSG) and bachelor's degree in Geology. With close to 15 years of experience in resource estimation and reconciliation in gold, base metals, nickel laterite and iron ore. Before joining Oceanagold in 2021, he worked with Eramet, G-Resources, Rio Tinto Iron Ore and MMG.

Mr. Owin Phongphanngam is a senior geologist with more than 17 years of experience in mineral exploration and mine production, specialising in gold. He currently leads mine production and grade control activities for Akara Resources PLC, operating in the Loei-Phetchabun Fold Belt in Thailand. Owin holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Chiang Mai University.

A geologist with bachelors degree from the University of Adelaide and 17 years experience in industry. This experience has included working at Broken Hill in early career and then moving to IOCG deposits at Prominent Hill and Carrapateena for the last 14 years. He has exposure to a range of mining techniques including open pit, long hole open stoping, sub level caving and block caving.

Dale Sims is a past director of the AusIMM and president director of the AIG. He is an independent geoscience consultant with over 40 years of international mineral sector experience in mining geology, resource development, near mine exploration and resource modelling / estimation.
Prior to becoming an independent consultant in 2011 he had worked for major Australian and international mining companies focusing on base metal and/or gold exploration and production, including working as an internal technical expert on resource modelling and project development. He has worked on major mines or projects in Australia, New Zealand, America, Canada, Peru, Indonesia, Ghana and Laos.
