Professor Naomi Rogers is an internationally recognised expert in fatigue, sleep loss, circadian disruption and fatigue risk management. She has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and has presented extensively at conferences across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Asia and the United States. Professor Rogers works as a Specialist Fatigue Consultant across the mining, maritime and transport sectors, helping organisations develop practical fatigue risk management strategies that improve safety and operational performance. She also provides expert witness services and consults to the Queensland Police Forensic Crash Unit, with particular expertise in fatigue-related road crashes and journey management, supporting safer outcomes for workers both on site and on the road.

Alexandra Samuels is a former Clinical Nurse Consultant and the Founder of HeartCore Group. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a Masters degree in Critical Care, with more than 17 years of experience across acute and preventative cardiovascular care.
Alexandra has specialised in cardiology throughout her career, working in coronary care, cardiothoracic services, and cardiac rehabilitation. She led Queensland’s largest cardiac rehabilitation service for six years as a Clinical Nurse Consultant on the Gold Coast, supporting patients through secondary prevention and long-term risk reduction following cardiac events.
Her professional focus is on cardiovascular disease prevention, health literacy, and early risk recognition, particularly within the workplace and high-risk industry settings. Alexandra’s work centres on translating complex cardiovascular evidence into practical, accessible education that supports behaviour change, improves workforce health capability, and contributes to safer, more resilient workplaces.

She has spent more than 20 years helping organisations create safer, healthier, and higher-performing workplaces. Working extensively across the mining sector, Sandra specialises in psychosocial risk management, leadership, organisational culture, and trauma-informed practice. Her work combines worker consultation, data, and practical implementation to help organisations move beyond compliance and strengthen operational performance. Sandra holds a Master of Organisational Psychology, an MBA, and is a Fellow of the College of Organisational Psychologists.

Scott brings a wealth of experience across a broad spectrum of clients and industries, including aviation, finance and professional services, mining and resources, military, health, manufacturing, retail, and not-for-profits to help individuals, teams and organisations lead and manage change successfully.
An accomplished senior change instigator, Scott has maintained and grown a practice of diagnosing, designing, and delivering on outcomes that drive change. His diverse experience involves organisational culture shifts, diagnostic assessments and coaching, leadership growth, behavioural change and the development and enablement of individuals and teams to create effective mindsets to perform more effectively. His career has been in support of Sentis’ mission of changing the lives of individuals and organisations for the better, every day.
Prior to joining Sentis, Scott worked as the Client Services Director of an international training firm across eight countries building stakeholder engagement, designing client solutions, tailoring and delivering training, creating inhouse capacity, and maintaining quality assurance of all services.

Chris Harris is a psychologist with 35 years’ experience spanning government, community and corporate mental health sectors. As Head of Mental Health at Mineral Resources (2020–2026), he established one of the resources sector’s first in‑house mental‑health services, improving access to high‑quality support for employees across mining and FIFO operations.
Today, Chris leads Oceanic Wellbeing, combining evidence‑based clinical practice with organizational consulting that helps companies deliver earlier, more accessible mental‑health support. He has presented nationally and internationally and published research in peer‑reviewed journals. His work is driven by a simple principle: mental‑health care should be early, evidence‑based and embedded where people live, work and play.
