Kenneth Lee is Group Metallurgist for Kemtec Mineral Processing Pty Ltd and the Sinoz Group, with more than 25 years’ experience in mining and mineral processing. He specialises in flotation chemistry, hydrodynamic characterisation, and practical performance improvement strategies that translate flotation fundamentals into measurable plant outcomes. Kenneth has worked closely with operational teams to lead hydrodynamic monitoring, reagent optimisation, and flotation circuit diagnostic programs, improving recovery, concentrate quality, and operating efficiency. His current work focuses on integrating real-time hydrodynamic measurements with metallurgical performance indicators to give operators actionable insights that enhance flotation selectivity, process stability, and overall circuit performance.

Phil Sharman is Process Engineering Specialist at Newmont with over 20 years of mineral processing experience. Holding a Bachelor of Extractive Metallurgy (Hons), Phil has extensive knowledge of copper, gold, molybdenum and nickel flotation as well as experience in comminution, gravity separation, leaching, dewatering, geometallurgy and metallurgical accounting. Phil has been employed in a variety of site based and corporate roles, with involvement in laboratory test work design, piloting, commissioning, day to day production, circuit upgrades, governance and expansion studies.

Grahame has 40 years’ experience in the metals industry delivering a full scope of studies, detailed engineering and execution projects. He has an extensive understanding of integrated project and study management and governance with hands on experience in mineral processing, hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical plant design, development, optimisation and plant debottlenecking.
An experienced people leader, who has extensive personnel management experience on projects, studies and the day-to-day management of teams. Grahame has applied his expertise to complete multiple studies and projects for international and domestic mine developments and expansions.
