Elisa is a dedicated Scientific Analytic Expert at PT. Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) in East Jakarta, bringing 17 years of rich experience in the mining industry. With nearly 7 years in pivotal field roles at Jembayan Muarabara and KIDECO Jaya Agung, she bridges technology and operational strategy with her Master's in Operations Management (MBA) and Bachelor's in Informatics Engineering.
In her current role in the Management Science Department of the Engineering Division, Elisa specializes in diagnostic analytics, driving production performance and operational improvements. She skillfully implements the Scrum framework to support PAMA’s digital transformation, tailoring agile methodologies to enhance coal supply chain processes. Her strategic insights and cost-benefit analyses empower data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Currently, Fadhil works as an operations research engineer at Indonesia's largest mining contractor company, Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA). Fadhil completed his bachelor of engineering degree in electrical engineering with a specialisation in control engineering at the University of Indonesia. Throughout his studies, Fadhil was active in conducting research and developing projects related to data and AI, as well as engaging in internships and freelance projects related to this field. With more than two years of professional experience, Fadhil has experience and competence in data and AI fields such as data engineering, data science & analytics, machine learning, deep learning, Python programming, MATLAB, and many others. Paweł Stefaniak received the M.Sc. degree in Geoinformatics (2011), the D.Sc. degrees in Mining Transport (2016) and the post-doctoral degree in mining sciences (2023) from Faculty of Mining Faculty of Geoengineering, Mining and Geology at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. In 2014, he started working for KGHM Cuprum R&D Centre Ltd as a Business Analyst in area of analytical applications in the mining industry, especially mining machinery and processes monitoring, predictive maintenance, energy efficiency, decision support system and the application of IoT and robotics solutions. Since 2012 he serves as head of the System Analytics Department in KGHM Cuprum R&D Centre Ltd. He is author of more than 100 works with over 20 published in leading journals and indexed conference proceedings.
