Sean is the Chief Executive of Green Lithium. He trained as a Maritime Civil Engineer and is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. Sean has worked in process and infrastructure programmes, predominantly in the nuclear industry, for the last 30 years. During this time, he was the Site Director at Berkeley Nuclear Power Station and Programme Director for a programme to retrieve, process and store intermediate level radioactive waste. For many years, Sean has worked for Jacobs Engineering where he led the nuclear new build business, the defence business and post-acquisition integration teams.

Sally heads up IPA’s Asia-Pacific operation. In this role, she is responsible for continuing to strengthen IPA’s relationship with global and local clients in the region, including renewables, mining and minerals, oil and gas, power and infrastructure, new ventures, and other industries. Her focus is on collaborating with client capital champions and decision makers to enable IPA clients to manage project risk and innovate and improve within their capital project systems. Sally was IPA’s Global Manager of Mining, Minerals, & Metals (MMM) between 2021 and 2023 and strengthened IPA’s relationships with global and local clients investing in capital projects in the MMM sector following a long period of low investment in the sector.

Dr. Grocott is an accomplished executive in the mining and mineral processing sector with nearly 40 years of international experience.
Stephen was Chief Technical Development Officer at Clean TeQ Holdings Limited accountable for all technical and process development. He also supported technical marketing, due diligence and project funding for the A$2Billion Sunrise Ni-Co-Sc Project in NSW. Stephen’s exposure to EV and battery producers combined with his world-class expertise in process and development for minerals processing and battery chemicals underpins the progress of the company.
