He is a seasoned leader able to harness internal and external multidisciplinary expertise to deliver business outcomes.
Chris has worked at Lhoist for over 8 years and has held 4 titles throughout his career there. Previously, he was the program manager for extractive metallurgy and strategy development, before returning as the Non-Executive Director at Amira Global, and he worked at BHP, for over 11 years.

Sean is the Chief Executive of Green Lithium. He trained as a Maritime Civil Engineer and is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. Sean has worked in process and infrastructure programmes, predominantly in the nuclear industry, for the last 30 years. During this time, he was the Site Director at Berkeley Nuclear Power Station and Programme Director for a programme to retrieve, process and store intermediate level radioactive waste. For many years, Sean has worked for Jacobs Engineering where he led the nuclear new build business, the defence business and post-acquisition integration teams.

Marc Upcroft is PwC’s Australian Mining Leader. With more than 30 years' experience supporting clients in the energy and resources sector, Marc leads the firm's focus on helping our mining clients drive value, respond to challenges, transform and succeed in the market.
Marc brings a considerable depth of experience in the sector across financial reporting and audit, internal audit, transactions and sustainability assurance. He has worked in the PwC Sydney, Brisbane, Jakarta and London offices.
Marc also leads the development of a number of PwC’s industry publications and research. He has a strong passion for supporting the sector including helping resource companies navigate the shift towards a lower carbon-intensive environment.

Dr Andrew Heap is the Chief of the Minerals, Energy and Groundwater Division at Geoscience Australia, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the nation’s geoscience agenda.
With more than two decades experience in leading geoscience initiatives in the public sector, he collaborates with industry, academia and government ensuring the benefits of precompetitive geoscience are maximised for Australia.
In his current role, Andrew oversees priority research programs to develop a national prospectus of Australia’s mineral, energy and groundwater resources that will maximise Australia’s resource wealth now and into the future.
Under his leadership, these programs will stimulate exploration investment, underpin new resource discoveries, advance clean energy technologies to support the transition to net zero, and enable the sustainable management of Australia’s water resources.
Andrew provides expert advice to government and industry stakeholders both in Australia and internationally through various boards and committees, and has published over 100 scientific papers and technical reports.
