Paul has worked as a geoscientist in the mining industry for 35 years across a range of commodities and mineral systems, in exploration, resource development, mining operations, technology development, research, consulting and senior management, with Anglo American, BHP, SRK Consulting, Newmont and Freeport McMoRan. He completed BSc and MSc degrees in geology and structural geology in the US and a PhD in economic geology at the University of Western Australia. Paul is currently an independent consultant, advisor and mentor based in Perth.

Karl is a mining engineer with 30 years hands-on operational and technical experience working in challenging open pit and underground mines across Africa and Australia. He has leadership experience in senior roles for multi-national resource companies and as a Mining Industry consultant. He has been sponsor, project manager, technical lead and contributor to over 500 diverse global mining industry assignments. These include due diligence reviews, independent technical reports, feasibility studies, Ore Reserves, financial analysis, valuations, mine planning and operational optimisation. Karl is a Fellow of the AusIMM and is a trusted advisor to a growing list of company executives. Karl has qualifications in engineering, economics and an MBA. Rogie is an open pit and underground mine geologist whose experience includes narrow-vein gold and porphyry copper-gold with major and mid-tier mining companies across Western Australia, the Philippines and Victoria.

Roseanna has been working as a geologist for 13 years, working in sediment-hosted Cu and VMS Cu-Au mines. During her time at DeGrussa with Sandfire Resources, she developed a passion for geometallurgy and is now enjoying working with the complexity of Sandfire's VMS Cu-Pb-Zn deposits in the Iberian Pyrite Belt.
