Biography

An English geologist with almost 10 years experience working in the Eastern Goldfields of W.A. who has spent time on resource definition programs, as well as both underground and open pit mining. Working in production facing roles, within Northern Star Resources for 7 years and now holding the position of Superintendent at the iconic Super Pit, KCGM.

Biography

Michael is an experienced geologist with over 15 years in mine geology. He has worked extensively in underground narrow vein mining across multiple sites, including Pajingo gold mine, Kapok and Pillara lead-zinc mines, Argo gold mine, and now Cracow. He has also worked in open pit iron ore in South Australia's Iron Monarch, Iron Magnet and Peculiar Knob mines. After working in numerous mining operations, Michael undertook study in finance. He has conducted financial and feasibility work on major operations' constructions and acquisitions. Returning to geology, he has successfully applied financial thinking to the mine geologist's role.

Biography

HERVE BANANGA was born on 17 August 1987 in the city of Kananga, DRC. Herve is currently a Superintendent, Mine Geology serving as a Resource Geologist in Geology Department at Kamoa Copper SA. Before joining Kamoa Copper, Herve spent 5 years at SRK Consulting as an Exploration Geologist. He was involved in two projects including Diamond and Copper-Cobalt exploration, Resources estimation and technical reporting. Herve holds a BSc in Exploration and Mine Geology from the University of Lubumbashi, DRC in 2010 and a Citation Program in Applied Geostatistics from the University of Alberta, Canada in 2021.
