Dr. Adeli is a Resource Geologist and Geostatistician with over 14 years of industry and research experience in Australia, Chile and Iran. He has worked in Copper, Gold and Iron ore resources in the areas of mineral resource evaluation, modelling uncertainty, domaining, machine learning modelling, geostatistical simulation and geometallurgical modelling. His works have been published and presented in prestigious international journals and conferences. Currently, he is working as a Consultant Resource Geologist at RSC Consulting. He was working as a Resource Geologist at Superior Gold in 2021 and 2022. His former role as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Adelaide, had involved him in several projects in a research consortium “Unlocking Complex Resources through Lean Processing”. He was collaborating with OZ Minerals experts to combine machine learning algorithms and geostatistics for geological and geometallurgical modelling at Prominent Hill mine. Also, he was working on quantifying uncertainty on resource domain boundaries and validation of geological loggings by combining multivariate spatial modelling and machine learning.

Dale Sims is an independent consulting geoscientist with over 35 years experience dominantly in mining geology and resource estimation.

Catherine originates from Botswana, deciding to settle in Australia after completing her bachelor's degree at UWA. She spent many years working as an underground mine geologist at base metal deposits in WA and is now the Senior Resource Geologist for IGO.

With a career that began in 1987 and has taken him around the world, Scott has extensive experience, not only as a consultant, but in a host of senior technical management roles within the mining industry. His expertise ranges from mine geology, grade control and reconciliation, to mine planning and geotechnical engineering, including operational and managerial experience in silver, lead, zinc, copper, tin, gold and nickel in an equally broad range of geological and mining environments. Renowned for his highly systematic approach to mine planning, mining geology, strategic management and improving business performance, Scott is also a first-class trainer and mentor, and has authored a number of touchstone publications.
