Anne-Marie is an underground specialists in mine planning, ore reserves and technical reviews. A qualified mining engineer with a passion for optimization and improving the value of projects. Her knowledge extends from large ore bodies mining methods through to narrow vein selective mining methods. Anne-Marie enjoys the unique challenges that each project has and applying her knowledge to maximize the value of the project. Anne-Marie gives back to the industry through being a member of the AusIMM organizing committee for the Underground Operators Conference Series. Anne-Marie is a chartered professional member of the Australasia Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).

Joe is the Principal of Luxford Mine Management Services which he established in 1992. He has spent over 40 years involved in the project development, construction and operational management of both metal and coal mines in Australia. Joe also consults to the mining industry around Australia and internationally. His specialities are mining contracts and mine access engineering and construction.

Panu Oikkonen has been working for the underground tunnelling and mining industries for about 17 years. He has gained his on-site experience in hard rock tunnelling projects, in positions ranging from assistant blaster to site management. Panu has a M.Sc. (Technology) degree in Rock Engineering. At Normet, Panu is developing knowhow and technologies to improve underground processes. Panu is President in the Finnish Tunnelling Association FTA.

Ben has over 20 years experience working as a Geotechnical Engineer. He has specialised in geotechnical engineering for mining projects with both underground and open pit focus and mine closure assessments. Ben leads the Neboro geotechnical team, based in Melbourne, Australia.
