AusIMM International Women's Day Event Series 2025 - Psychosocial Risk Management Workshop

AusIMM recognises the ongoing challenges our industry faces that can lead to both physical and psychosocial risk outcomes. As an industry, we are at a crucial point where we can drive real change by working together to create a culture of safety and respect. This means using practical tools to manage risks effectively, whether they’re physical or psychosocial, and making sure the right controls are in place to keep everyone safe. During our International Womens Day Event Series, we are proud to host critical workshops that will provide key skills that will focus on: Current Knowledge in Psychosocial Risk Management: Gain an up-to-date overview of the latest approaches and insights into applying critical risk control management to psychosocial risks. Application of the Critical Control Approach: Guide participants through the process of identifying, specifying, and verifying good controls for psychosocial risks, using a structured critical control approach.
