IMVC 2024 I Registration Form

Welcome to the International Mine Ventilation Congress 2024. You can register as an individual or you can register a group of people through this form.

Please select how many people you are registering for;

  • If you are registering for a single attendee, please select Individual Registration, and complete your first and last name. 
  • If you are registering for multiple attendees, please select Group Registration, choose the appropriate group size and complete all attendee's first and last names.
  • If you are registering on behalf of another attendee, please tick the checkbox below, enter your details as the Group Contact, then complete all attendee's first and last names.

By default your Group Contact will receive the invoice for all registrations received.

If any of your attendees are members of the following affiliations, please select their affiliation at the start of entering their contact details to receive the Member registration rate:

  • Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM)
  • Mine Ventilation Society Australia (MVSA)
  • Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM)
  • Mine Management Association Australia (MMAA)
  • Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (SME) USA
  • Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (SAIMM)
  • The Mine Ventilation Society of South Africa (MVSSA)

Privacy & Visibility

A list of attendees will be available via the Congress app to all delegates, exhibitors and sponsors. The list will include the name, organisation, state/country and email address of attendees who have consented to their information being included. A copy of this list will be provided to the major sponsors prior to the Congress start.

Thank you for registering to attend the International Mine Ventilation Congress 2024. Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to the address supplied. Invitation Letters
AusIMM will offer invitation letters to persons who have registered and paid the complete registration fee. The letter will provide proof of registration and proof of payment. 

Official acceptance and invitation letters may be obtained by contacting Event Management by email conference@ausimm.com. 

Invitation letters can only be requested once payment of registration has been received. Please note that when applying for your Visa you should include a copy of your registration confirmation.
